King Solomon famously wrote ‘For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven’ Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NIV).

We have been exploring the seasons of life here on our blog and one season we can find ourselves in is 'My Winter of discontent'.

There is a lot to love about winter when we embrace it. However for some of us it is a time of great discontent. Some of us endure winter desperate for the spring that is around the corner.
You will know you’re in this season if you are constantly anxious, constantly exhausted and depressed by your life’s circumstances. Life is busy and the demands on you are overwhelming. The kids want more of you then you have to give, the boss is expecting your best and you feel empty, your partner seems to be struggling as much as you and you feel less and less like lovers and more like business partners in raising the family.

If this is you there’s good news. The fix is as simple as ‘embracing your season’. Not excited about this fix, relax its better than you think and you can read more in Rev'd Stu's book 'Embrace Your Season' ... grab your copy here
